Publish the service plan as a calendar feed and share one link. Volunteers subscribe once, in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, and the service times and song setlists, keys included, appear in the calendar they already check. Edit the plan on the console and it republishes; every subscribed phone picks up the change on its next refresh, with no app for anyone to install. The link is a private credential: it stays masked on the console and can be reset if it ever needs to be.
