Change or cancel your plan
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the account portal. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Billing lives in the account portal, not in the desktop app — so you can change a plan from any browser without getting to the booth machine.
- Sign in at account.christchant.com.
- Open Billing.
- Choose a plan, or Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
What happens when you cancel
- You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- After that the account drops to the free plan rather than being closed.
- Your services, songs and media stay exactly where they are.
- The watermark returns to live output, and stage screens and extra outputs lock.
