You can run ChristChant for real before you spend anything. There are two ways to do it: stay on the Free plan, or start the 14-day free trial.

The Free plan

The Free plan runs a complete service on one main screen. The installer is the same one every paying church uses, so nothing is held back from the download. A small ChristChant watermark sits on live slide, Bible and lyrics output until you subscribe.

You are on the Free plan whenever you are not signed in, or signed in with no active subscription. Choosing Skip for Now on the first screen takes you straight in on the Free plan.

The 14-day free trial

  • Full features, including the ones that normally need the top plan.
  • No watermark on live output.
  • No credit card required.
  • One trial per account, and once per computer. A refund does not restore an unused trial.
  1. Create your account at christchant.com (opens in a new tab), or choose Create an Account in the app.
  2. Sign in on the computer you present from.
  3. The app shows a Plan active message and your outputs are watermark-free.

After the trial ends

  • Your songs, services, slides and media stay exactly where they are.
  • The watermark returns to live output.
  • Features that belong to a paid plan, such as the Stage screen, extra outputs and streaming, lock until you subscribe.

Does the Free plan work offline?

Yes. Songs, the bundled Bible, slides and media all work with no connection once ChristChant is installed. See The internet is down on a Sunday morning.

The watermark is still there after I paid.

See Sign-in and plan problems. It usually means the app is not signed in, or the right church is not selected.
