Billing, receipts and the 14-day money-back guarantee
Where billing lives, how renewal works, and how to ask for a refund if an annual plan is not the right fit.
On this page
Billing is handled in the account portal, not in the desktop app, so you can manage it from any browser without being at the booth computer.
Where to find billing
- Sign in at account.christchant.com (opens in a new tab).
- Open Billing.
- Review your plan and your payments.
Monthly and annual plans
- Monthly: paid month by month. Payments are not refundable once made, but nothing renews by itself and you keep access until the paid month ends.
- Annual: paid once a year, about two months cheaper than paying monthly.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
Every annual subscription carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you decide within 14 days (336 hours) of your first annual payment that ChristChant is not the right fit, you can request a full refund.
- Open Billing in your account.
- If the payment is inside the window, you will see a Covered by our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee banner. Choose Request refund.
- Tell us briefly why, and confirm that a refund ends the subscription.
- Our team reviews the request. Straightforward annual requests are usually approved within 2 business days, and you get an email either way.
Good to know
- The free trial is separate. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund.
- The guarantee clock starts when your first payment settles, not when you created the account.
- Taxes itemised at checkout are refunded in proportion. Fees your own bank adds for currency conversion are set by them and cannot be refunded by us.
- Mid-cycle upgrade charges are not refunded, because they buy a change of tier.
The full wording is in the Payment and Refund Policy (opens in a new tab). To change or cancel a plan, see Change or cancel your plan.
I cannot sign in to request a refund.
Email hello@christchant.com from the address on the account, or use the contact page (opens in a new tab), and we will handle it for you.
