On this page
Your account settings live in the account portal at account.christchant.com (opens in a new tab). Open My profile to manage everything below.
Update your name
- Open My profile.
- Choose Edit profile.
- Change your first and last name, then choose Save changes.
Change your password
- In My profile, open Security.
- Choose Change password.
- Enter your current password, then your new one twice. Use at least 8 characters.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in page, choose the forgot-password link and enter your email. If an account exists for that address, we send a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour, so request a new one if it has lapsed.
Sign in with Google
Under Connected accounts, choose Connect next to Google to link a Google account. Next time you can sign in with it. You can disconnect it from the same place.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication asks for a six-digit code from an authenticator app each time you sign in.
- In Security, turn on Two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, then enter the code it shows.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone, and they are not shown again.
To turn it off, choose Disable two-factor and enter a current code or a recovery code to confirm.
Delete your account
The Delete account option is in the Danger zone of your profile. You will be asked to confirm your identity with your password, or a two-factor code if you use one.
