Run a lobby screen with its own video playlist
Give the lobby or foyer TV its own content, fed from any lane, with a playlist and volume that never touch the sanctuary.

The lobby is where people wait, and it should not show what the sanctuary shows. The Lobby screen is a separate output with its own source and its own video playlist.
Add the lobby screen
- Open Screens and activate the Lobby screen.
- Choose the physical display, such as the foyer TV, for it.
- Check it appears in the All Screens wall.
Detailed steps for adding and attaching a screen are in Add more screens.
Choose what it shows
- Feed it from any lane: for example Slide B for announcements, or Slide D for a countdown.
- Or give it a video playlist that loops while people arrive.
Open Pipeline Flow to route a lane to the lobby. See See where everything is going with Pipeline Flow.
Control it
- The lobby preview in the Master panel has its own progress bar and time, so you can scrub the playlist.
- The Lobby volume and mute are separate from the main screen, so lobby music never plays in the sanctuary.
